At J&J's Graphic Designs, LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, please note that our vinyl decals are made-to-order and are not returnable. We can replace with the same or a similar item if it is damaged during shipping, provided you can provide photo proof of the damage. However, we do not cover damages that occur during installation.
For other items such as clothing, hats, and products manufactured via our Print on Demand provider, we abide by their return policy. All print-on-demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if your customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our print-on-demand provider offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us at info@jnjgraphicdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with our print-on-demand provider to ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
